Visits and use of TinySeats.com (hereinafter referred to as TinySeats, the Website or the Website) are subject to the following Terms of Purchase and Use.

To place an order on TinySeats.com, you must be at least 18 years old and resident in one of the 27 EU countries where TinySeats delivers.

By ordering, you accept these terms. We ask that you read the terms of use carefully before using the website. When you use this website or order something through the website, you accept the terms of use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you should not use this website.

TinySeats reserves the right to change the terms if there are reasons for this. If the terms are changed after your order, it is the terms that are published at the time of your order that apply throughout the purchase and return process.

In the event that our website contains links to third party websites, or material published by third parties, these links are for informational purposes only. Because TinySeats has no control over the content of these websites or its materials, we are not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of these links.

Personal data management

TinySeats Europe AB is responsible for the handling of your personal data and that they are handled in accordance with current legislation (1998:204), as well as the EU directive 95/46 / EC.

TinySeats does not disclose personal information to third parties, except in cases where it is a service to the customer (such as arranging delivery of orders to the customer). You are invited to read our complete personal data policy.

Buy

TinySeats can only handle orders placed on our website www.tinyseats.com. At this time, we are unable to process orders by phone, email or letter.

To place an order on www.tinyseats.com, you must be at least 18 years old and resident in one of the 27 EU countries where TinySeats delivers. To order with delivery to a country other than Sweden - visit each market's website.
The customer must also provide a delivery address, contact information (such as phone number, mobile or landline phone, and an email address). Items that are placed in the shopping bag are not reserved until the orders have been placed and confirmed.

Agreement and confirmation of order

When ordering on www.tinyseats.com, an agreement is entered into when TinySeats has confirmed the order. The order confirmation will be displayed on your screen when the payment is completed. A copy of this will also be sent to the email address you provided to place your order.

Pricing and currency

All prices on www.tinyseats.com are shown in EUR and include Swedish VAT (25%). Prices are subject to change and offers can be withdrawn at any time. The prices shown when the customer places their order apply throughout the order process.

Discounts and promo codes

TinySeats offers different types of promotions from time to time. The promotions are displayed in the shopping cart, and if you have a discount code, enter this in the shopping bag.

Discount codes are usually only valid for one purchase and can then not be used again, unless otherwise stated. TinySeats cannot add a promotion to this after the order has been confirmed. For this reason, it is recommended that the customer double-checks that the promotion / discount code is registered on the order before he / she confirms and pays for his / her order.

In connection with a promotion or discount code being communicated in print or digitally by TinySeats, an instruction is usually given that a combination of different promotions is not permitted. TinySeats therefore reserves the right, in the event of misuse or improper use of promotions or discount codes, to cancel the customer's order.

TinySeats takes no responsibility for codes and promotions published on websites other than our own.

Payment

When you order from www.tinyseats.com, you can choose from a number of different payment methods.

Bank / credit card

You can pay with a bank / credit card issued by VISA or MasterCard. The purchase is verified through secure servers where you accept your payment. All transactions are handled in accordance with the international security standard PCI-DSS, which is developed by e.g. VISA and MasterCard.

Some card issuers require additional validation through BankID or 3D-secure. The amount is reserved on your card at the time of order and deducted when the order is sent.

Klarna

Pay within 14 days (SEK 0): Payment time is 14 days from the goods have been sent from us. The terms for payment within 14 days can be found here.

Pay at the end of the month (SEK 39): The invoice is sent to your email address when the goods have been sent from us, if you use the Klarna app, the invoice will arrive there.
Monthly invoice (SEK 29): Collect your purchases on a monthly invoice.

Klarna account: Klarna account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives you the opportunity to pay down your purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total utilized credit amount or in accordance with the terms approved at checkout. Delivery

Normally, TinySeats targeted delivery in the Nordic countries is within 2-4 working days from the time your order has been confirmed. Deliveries outside the Nordic countries are targeted within 10 working days. The time is counted from the time TinySeats confirms the order in the Order Confirmation. When your order is sent from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been sent. In the event of a delay, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase.

In Sweden, you can choose to either pick up your package from an agent or get home delivery.

Packages must primarily be picked up in person, and if this is not possible, you as the customer can send an authorized representative in your name. In such a case, the authorised representative must be able to present both his and your (customer's) identification.

If you do not want the goods you ordered, but have not had time to cancel them, we recommend that you redeem the package and then return it. If the package is not picked up, it is automatically registered as unredeemed and charged accordingly.

Due to circumstances beyond TinySeats' control, the delivery time may in some cases be extended.

Replacement and Return

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is calculated from the date you received the goods. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the time we receive your notice of remorse. We use the same payment method that you used when paying for the purchase. When returning individual goods, the invoice fee is not refunded, which it does with a complete return.

In the event of a delay, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase. Refunds of paid packages will then be made within 14 days of the customer cancelling their purchase.

Enter name, address, order number, customer number and social security number (applicable for Sweden) or ID number (applicable for other countries). If you want, you can instead use the Standard form for the right of withdrawal.

We have the right to wait with the refund until we have received the goods or when you have provided proof that you sent the goods back, whichever comes first. You must return the goods or return them to us without undue delay and in any case within 30 days.

On the amount refunded, TinySeats has the right to deduct the amount corresponding to the decrease in value, if the decrease in value is due to you as a customer handling the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine the product's property and function.

When using the right of withdrawal and open purchase, the customer arranges and pays for the return transport of the goods themselves.

Right of exchange / Open Purchase / Return

We offer 60 days exchange right / open purchase for unused goods purchased at the regular price, from the day the customer receives the order. The returned item must be unused, in undamaged condition and have all labels left. The packaging must also be included in the return.

Refund of the returned item will be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

Any fees on the order are the same regardless of how many items the customer bought. In the event of a partial return, payment and delivery fees will not be refunded. Upon return of an entire order, all fees incurred in connection with the order placement will be refunded.

When using the right of withdrawal and open purchase, the customer arranges and pays for the return transport of the goods themselves.

Complaint

TinySeats guarantees that each shipment is examined before it is delivered to the customer. Should the product nevertheless be broken or faulty when it arrives, you as a customer may complain about the product. The right of complaint is 2 years. A reasonable time to state a defect in the product is no later than 2 months after the defect was discovered.

The product must be reported to the point of sale. Complaints can also be made by sending the wrong item to TinySeats as a package. If costs arise in connection with the complaint, these can be reimbursed against a receipt. Refunds of advertised goods will be made within 14 days.

In the event of a dispute, reference is always made to the National Board for Consumer Disputes. You can use the online complaints platform available on the European Commission's website.

We see that you contact customer service within 5 days of picking up your package and thus discover any damage of goods.

Exchange

If you want to exchange the item, the delivery note / receipt that accompanies the delivery must be presented. The item must be returned unused, in undamaged condition with all labels left.

Refund

Refunds will be made within 14 days to the same payment method with which you paid for your order.
