When you order from www.tinyseats.com, you can choose from a number of different payment methods. All prices on the website are shown in EUR or SEK and include Swedish VAT (25%). Prices are subject to change and offers can be withdrawn at any time. The prices are shown when the customer places their order throughout the order process.

Purchases done at www.tinyseats.com should be paid for using EUR or SEK. It bears noting that discount codes and other promotions should be entered into the shopping bag prior to the order confirmation for the discount to be honored.

Bank and Credit Card

Customers can pay for their purchases with bank or credit cards issued by MasterCard or VISA. The International Security Standard PCI-DSS handles the transactions upon verification of server security.

Other cardholders may encounter verification issues and may have to undergo validation under BankID or 3D-secure.

Orders created within the Nordic countries are expected within 2-4 working days and deliveries outside the Nordic countries are targeted within 10 working days from the time your order has been confirmed. When your order is sent from our warehouse, an email confirmation is sent assuring that your order would shortly be in transit. The customer has the right to cancel their purchase should the item status of their order have not been changed for more than 15 days after receiving the confirmation email.

Generally, the customer is required to pick up their packages from the branch or designated agent. Suppose the customer is unable to pick the package up in person. In that case, the customer can send an authorized representative to do so instead, provided that the authorized representative brings their and the customer’s valid identification.

What If I Changed my Mind?

Should the customer fail to cancel their purchase, we recommend that the package be redeemed then returned. In the event that the customer fails to pick up their orders, the package will be automatically registered as an unredeemed item and will be charged accordingly.
