Guarantee

TinySeats offers every product a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty entails that all manufacturing defects concerning workmanship and material quality will be compensated, provided that the car seat has been properly used and as instructed in the manual.

The guarantee does not cover the following damages and defects:

  • Damages caused by neglect, mishandling, or misuse
  • Damages caused by accidents, product modification, or incorrect installation
  • Failure to follow the instructions stated in the user’s manual
  • Normal wear and tear defects
  • Cosmetic damage on exterior material, e.g. discoloration

In the event that the product arrives with defects, faults, or broken parts, the customer is entitled to raise this concern and file a report, provided that all issues raised are reported no later than two (2) months from receiving the product.

Customers are advised to contact connect@tinyseats.com for any warranty-related claims.

TinySeats references the National Board of Consumer Disputes, should there be any discourse on the filed complaint. In such circumstances, customers can use the online platform on the European Commission website for their complaints.

Returns

The TinySeats return policy grants customers a 60-day right to exchange or open purchase for unused products bought at regular pricing. This guarantee starts from the day the customer receives their order. This entails that the item to be returned must be undamaged or unused, with the packaging intact and the proof of purchase and packing notes included in the return.

When returning an entire order, all incurred expenses during the placement of orders are qualified for a refund. As for partial returns, delivery fees and related payments will not be refunded.

Moreover, the company will process the refund for the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Order fees remain consistent regardless of the number of items purchased.

After-sales

Refund

TinySeats offers its customers a 14-day withdrawal right, in compliance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. This withdrawal right begins on the date the customer receives the goods. That said, the company honors a refund request within this period. However, the processing time is within 14 days from when TinySeats receives your notice of remorse. We utilize the same payment method used on the purchase to ensure a complete return. It also bears noting that the company has the right to make deductions of the refund should there be any decrease in product value caused by customer handling.

Refunds will not be processed until the company receives the goods or when the customer provides proof of return shipment. With that, the returns must be done without delays within 30 days. Should there be any delays, the customer maintains the right to cancel their purchases. The refunds on these cancellations will be made within 14 days.

  • Name
  • Address
  • Order number
  • Customer number
  • Social Security number (applicable for Sweden), or ID number (for other countries)

Customers also have the option to use the standard form for the right of withdrawal.
